Questions

Questions before you get in touch

Where should I send an application?

Email Lucy Labs at people@lucylabs.ai with the role title and material relevant to that role. General inquiries and privacy requests have separate addresses.

Will the form include my chat?

Only if you select the attachment option. The linked Lucy conversation helps authorized team members understand this inquiry; leaving it unchecked sends the form without that chat.

What happens to my information?

Lucy Labs uses it to respond and manage the relevant inquiry. The Privacy notice explains recipients, useful links, retention and requests, including copies in operational tools.

Does a success screen mean an email arrived?

Lucy Labs distinguishes a recorded inquiry from a delivered notification. We describe confirmed, pending or uncertain delivery according to the actual service result, so you know when to avoid duplicate submissions.
