Deep dive
Coaching in the flow of work.
Lucy coaches on your real work, at the moment of need, and repeats until the new behavior is a habit. Day one is a win, not a course.
In short
Lucy starts by listening. A first conversation and two weeks of permissioned observation become a Personal Coaching Plan. From there she runs the Coaching Loop on your real work, adapting how much she helps to how you like to learn. She never does the work for you.
Before Lucy teaches, she listens
The first-session interview.
Lucy maps your work in your words: what fills your day, where the friction is, what you have tried, and what success looks like in your role.
Your plan
The Personal Coaching Plan.
Built from your interview, your observed workflows and your skill baseline. It is yours to see and change, and it adapts as you progress.
Priority workflows
The few places where something you build would give you the most time back.
Milestones
What you will be able to do next, in your own words.
The smallest useful thing to build
High impact, low effort, worth attempting first.
The Coaching Loop
What Lucy does, and what you do.
| Step | Lucy | You |
|---|---|---|
| Observe | Notices how the work flows, with permission | Choose what she can see |
| Spot | Finds a moment AI could help | Say “yes”, “maybe later” or “no” |
| Plan | Matches it to your goals and approved tools | Decide what “done” means |
| Coach | Teaches the method step by step | Build it and check it |
| Celebrate & share | Quantifies the win | Choose whether to share what you built |
Coaching that fits you
Proactive, never pushy.
Step by step
When a skill is new to you.
Lighter touch
As you get comfortable.
Design partner
When you are moving fast.
Quiet
When you ask her to be. She re-engages if you get stuck or a real risk appears.
“Maybe later” and “no” are as welcome as “yes.” They cost nothing, are remembered so she won’t re-ask, and are never held against you. Lucy doesn’t nag or tell anyone.
Why behavior change sticks
One quick win doesn’t change a habit. Repetition does.
Using your company’s approved AI becomes the easy way
Templates, shortcuts and context Lucy already holds make the AI-assisted way less effort than the manual one.
No blank page
Lucy proposes concrete starting points from your own work, so you never have to invent your first use case.
The next adjacent win
“You loved this for client reviews. Try it for proposals.” When a habit stalls, she asks what’s in the way.
Personal progress is private by default.
Questions
Questions about coaching
What happens in my first session with Lucy?
Lucy listens before she teaches. In the first-session interview she maps your work in your own words: what fills your day, where the friction is, what you’ve tried and what success looks like in your role. Together with two weeks of observation, with your permission, that becomes your Personal Coaching Plan. The aim is a first useful win on work you chose, on day one.
How much time does coaching take?
Coaching happens inside work you’re already doing, so there’s no course to schedule. The time goes into building something that gives time back: a first solution can take a single session, and a well-chosen one keeps paying off every week after. Because Lucy starts with the smallest useful thing to build, early effort goes where the return is fastest.
What if I don’t know what to use AI for?
That’s the usual starting point. Ask Lucy and she proposes concrete starting points from your own work, so you don’t face a blank page. Your Personal Coaching Plan names your priority workflows and the smallest useful thing to build first, and after each win she helps you pick the next one.
