Spain. Activity operated through Lucy Labs S.L. is subject to Spanish law, including Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as transposed by Spanish LOPDGDD. Until Lucy Labs S.L. is registered, activity from Spain operates under the personal LSSI-CE compliance of Travis Scott Sheppard as the named operator.
Delaware. Lucy Labs, Inc. is being formed under the Delaware General Corporation Law (DGCL) and US federal law. Until the Certificate of Incorporation is filed with the Delaware Division of Corporations, Lucy Labs, Inc. is not a legal entity and its obligations are personal to the sole incorporator and director Travis Scott Sheppard.

lucylabs.ai is an information society service providing a marketing website, an interactive AI chat (Lucy Chat), and a contact form. No commercial transactions are executed on the site.

No user-account, no payment processing, and no user-uploaded content beyond chat messages and contact form fields are handled on the site. Hosted at Cloudflare Pages (edge) with backend services on Lucy Labs' privately hosted server infrastructure located in Madrid, Spain.
