Lucy Labs was founded by Travis Sheppard after 20+ years leading transformation inside real companies — building and scaling businesses, delivering measurable outcomes, and leading teams through complexity. You'll work directly with a founder who uses AI daily as a thinking and execution partner, and who cares deeply about people, trust, and long-term capability.
