What's the response time?
We aim for a response within two business days for design-partner pilot inquiries and within five business days for general inquiries. The chat widget is real-time during European working hours. Public-sector procurement-shaped inquiries using the Paid Pilot variant typically take longer due to procurement-side coordination.
Do I need to fill out the form to talk to Lucy?

Is the form secure?
Yes. The form submits same-origin to a Cloudflare Pages Function: no third-party form provider, no cross-origin POST, no third-party tracking on the contact page. Field data is used to route the conversation, not retained beyond that purpose. The data-handling posture is structural. See the trust architecture for the broader posture.
