Lucy Labs, Inc. operates lucylabs.ai and is responsible for its visitor records. It is a Delaware corporation, registered to do business in Puerto Rico. This notice identifies the company, its addresses and contact channels.

The website operator is Lucy Labs, Inc. Formation alone does not establish a new contractual forum or waive applicable user protections. Relevant customer or employment agreements have their own terms.

5. Activity scope

lucylabs.ai is an information society service providing a marketing website, an interactive AI chat (Lucy Chat), and a contact form. No commercial transactions are executed on the site.

The service comprises:

• A marketing website describing the Lucy Labs AI-coaching product.
• An interactive AI chat surface ("Lucy Chat") available through the site’s Talk to Lucy entry points.
• A contact form for prospective customers, partners, investors, and talent.

The public site offers visitor chat and contact submission without an account or payment transaction. Cloudflare, Lucy-operated services and external AI or operational providers can take part in delivering the service. See the Privacy notice for collection, copies and current limitations.
